SYMPTOMS
You print an image that has custom halftone patterns in Microsoft Windows Server 2003. However, the image is not printed correctly. Instead, you experience one of the following symptoms:
- The image appears as a series of black boxes.
- The default Windows Graphics Device Interface (GDI) halftone patterns are used instead of the custom halftone patterns.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because Windows Server 2003 incorrectly processes custom halftone patterns in some scenarios.
RESOLUTION
