Issue that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

You build a query in Design mode in Access 2003. If you use the Expression Builder, Access 2003 closes unexpectedly.

Additionally, you receive the following error message:

Microsoft Office Access has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

When you view the data in the error report, the report contains an error signature that resembles the following error signature:
