SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario:
- In Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007, you create a browser-enabled form template that is set to submit data by using e-mail.
- You add a multiline text box to the form template and then publish the form template to the form server.
Note To set a text box as a multiline text box, see the "More information" section.
- You open the form in a browser and then type text in the multiline text box.
- The text that you type includes spaces.
In this scenario, you receive the following error message when you click Submit:
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use a rich text box instead of a multiline text box.

To set a text box as a multiline text box, follow these steps:
- Right-click the text box.
- Click Text Box Properties, and then click the Display tab.
- Click to select the Multi-line check box, and then click OK.
