When you try to start Microsoft SoftGrid, the program does not respond and you receive the following error message:
When this problem occurs, the following entry is logged in the SoftGrid Client log file (Sftlog.txt):
Additionally, the following entry is logged in the SoftGrid Virtual Application Server log file (Sft-server.log):
This problem can occur if the following condition is true.
- The application is started from the command line by using the sfttray.exe command. Additionally, the .SFT file that is specified for the "/sftfile" option is not an .SFT file.
For example, the following command is invalid:
sfttray.exe /load "SoftGrid Example Application" /sftfile file://E:\ea70.osd
However, the following command is valid:
sfttray.exe /load "SoftGrid Example Application" /sftfile "file://E:\ea70.sft"
