How to obtain the update

To obtain the update, download the Svcext.dll file from the following DesktopStandard FTP site:

ftp://ftp.desktopstandard.com/patches/8.2.1/svcext.dll

How to apply the update

To apply the update, replace the Svcext.dll file in the following folder with the file that you downloaded:

%programfiles%\AutoProf\Plugins\

Prerequisites

If you are using any version of Profile Maker Professional that has a version between 8.0 and 8.1.3, you must install Profile Maker Professional 8.2.1 before you apply the update.
