INTRODUCTION

This article describes how to sequence an application that Radia delivers.

MORE INFORMATION

Radia uses several services to deliver applications. Because the Sequencer does not monitor a service that started before the monitoring began, you must stop the Radia services before you start to sequence an application. The following steps describe how to sequence an application that Radia delivers.

  1. Before you start the Sequencer, install the Radia client on the sequencing station.
  2. Stop the following services:
    • CPR Loader
    • Radia MSI Redirector
    • Radia Notify
    • Radia Scheduler
  3. Set the startup type of the CPR Loader service to Disabled.
  4. Start the sequencing process.
  5. During the monitoring phase of the Installation Wizard, start the following services:
    • Radia MSI Redirector
    • Radia Notify
    • Radia Scheduler
  6. Connect to the Radia server to obtain the Radia package.
  7. Continue to sequence as usual.
