CAUSE
This issue may occur if you use a custom security role where access to the address book has been modified.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, add the Read permission to the custom security role for the Queue entity and for the Facility/Equipment entity. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Settings, click Settings, click Business Unit Settings, click Security Roles, and then double-click the custom security role.
- On the Core Records tab, click to select the Read check box to add the Read permission for the Queue entity.
- On the Service Management tab, click to select the Read check box to add the Read permission for the Facility/Equipment entity.
- Click Save and Close.
If you cannot add the Read permission to the custom security role for the Queue entity and for the Equipment entity, change the synchronization of the Queue entity and of the Facility/Equipment entity to the address book. To do this, download hotfix 925780 and then follow the steps in the "Registry keys that are created by the hotfix" section.
