SYMPTOMS
In ProClarity Desktop Professional 6.2 and in ProClarity Desktop Professional 6.1, you export data in the Active mode to Microsoft Office PowerPoint. When you do this, you see only a blank slide or a gray slide in PowerPoint.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, view the presentation in the full-screen mode. When you click Begin in the full-screen mode, you see the active presentation.
