SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario. In ProClarity Desktop Professional or in ProClarity Web Professional, you create a new query in the Grid view. You specify that you want the column subtotals to be displayed at the top of the columns or at the bottom of the columns. Then, you sort the data in a column. In this scenario, the column subtotals are not displayed where you specified.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the column subtotals are sorted together with the other data in the column.
