SYMPTOMS
When you try to connect to the SoftGrid Management Web Service from the SoftGrid Management Console, the connection is unsuccessful. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
CAUSE
This issue occurs if the following conditions are true:
- You click to select the Use Secure Connection check box in the Configure Connection dialog box.
- The port that is specified in the Port box is listening on the Web Service host name that is specified.
The port is not the SSL port.
