SYMPTOMS

You experience issues when you use the Xbox 360 Wireless Headset. These issues include audio feedback and noise when you play action-packed games.

CAUSE

These issues may occur if the microphone is detecting ambient noises from the game or from other people in the room. However, there are several factors that may cause this behavior.

THINGS TO TRY

To eliminate these factors, follow these steps:

  1. Adjust the volume of your TV/Stereo down slightly.
  2. Reduce the volume of the wireless headset by using the volume controls on the wireless headset.

If this does not resolve your issue, your Xbox 360 Wireless Headset may have to be replaced. Contact Xbox Customer Support for help.
