Error message when you right-click the Setup.exe file and then click "Run as Administrator" to install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook: "WTSQueryUserToken failed"

SYMPTOMS

When you right-click the Setup.exe file and then click Run as Administrator to install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, you receive the following error message:

WTSQueryUserToken failed. (error = 1314)(util.cpp.GetUserProcess:336.)

This problem occurs on computers that are running Windows Vista.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the installation process cannot be completed if you use the Run as Administrator option.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, double-click the Setup.exe file to install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook.
