SYMPTOMS

When you try to print a worksheet in Microsoft Office Excel 2007, you receive the following error message:

Your file could not be printed

This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:

You are trying to print to a shared printer.
The printer driver has been updated on the print server. This update occurred after the printer was installed on the computer from which you are trying to print.
