Issue that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

You use a custom solution in a trusted simple MAPI environment to send e-mail messages in Outlook 2003. If the e-mail message contains more than five recipients, the e-mail aliases are not resolved. Additionally, the Outlook security dialog box unexpectedly appears.
