SYMPTOMS

When you use the "Mail Merge" functionality to generate a letter from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook, the direction code value of this letter is set incorrectly to "Incoming." You expect this value to be "Outgoing."
