SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 and in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 1, a print queue's Properties dialog box may take 40 to 60 seconds to open. This problem occurs after you modify the queue's per-user settings.
