SYMPTOMS
If you click Forgot your password on the parental approval screen to create a Zune child account, you do not have the option to change your password.
CAUSE
The Forgot your password option does not let you change the password during the parental approval process.
THINGS TO TRY
- Visit the Windows Live Web site: http://www.live.com
- Click Sign in.
- Click Forgot your password?.
- Follow the instructions to change your password.
- After you change your password, you can complete the parental approval process.
