RESOLUTION

WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, do not save the workbook as an Excel Macro-Enabled Workbook (*.xlxm) file or as an Excel Binary Workbook (*.xlsb) file. Instead, save the original workbook as an Excel 97-2003 Workbook (*.xls) file.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Create the original encrypted Excel workbook in Excel 2007, but do not save the workbook.
- Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Save As.
- In the Save As dialog box, click Excel 97-2003 Workbook (*.xls) in the Save as type box.
- Name the file, and then click Save.
Note When you close and then reopen the encrypted workbook, the macro functions as expected.
