SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario. You try to check in a file in Microsoft Visual SourceSafe 6.0. The file has a comment template that has more than three lines. In this scenario, you may receive the following error message:

This hotfix replaces the Visual SourceSafe 6.0d update.
