SYMPTOMS
You try to create a Zune child account. When you cancel the parental approval process, you have to start the child-account creation process again from the beginning.
CAUSE
This issue occurs when you cancel the parental approval process before the process is complete.
THINGS TO TRY
Complete the Zune child-account creation process after you have canceled the parental approval process before that process is complete. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start the child-account creation process again.
- Select a new Zune tag. A previously used tag cannot be used.
- Complete the whole child-account creation process. This process includes the parental approval process.
