SYMPTOMS
When you use a Netscape Web browser, ProClarity Web Professional may not work.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
- Close the Netscape Web browser.
- Delete the following files:
- NPDM.dll
- NPPCtrls.dll
- Restart the Netscape Web browser.
- Reinstall ProClarity Web Professional.
Note The ProClarity Web Professional Setup program installs the Download Manager component first.
