ProClarity Web Professional may not work when you use a Netscape Web browser

When you use a Netscape Web browser, ProClarity Web Professional may not work.


To resolve this problem, follow these steps:

  1. Close the Netscape Web browser.
  2. Delete the following files:
    • NPDM.dll
    • NPPCtrls.dll
    Note By default, both files are in the C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape\plugins folder.
  3. Restart the Netscape Web browser.
  4. Reinstall ProClarity Web Professional.

    Note The ProClarity Web Professional Setup program installs the Download Manager component first.
