This article describes how to test the button assignments on a Microsoft Habu Laser Gaming Mouse.

To test button assignments on the Habu Laser Gaming mouse, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Razer Habu Configurator. To do this, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Razer, point to Habu, and then click Razer Habu Config.
  2. Under Button Assignment, click button 3, and then click Advanced Functions.
  3. Under Single Key, type 3, and the click Apply.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 by assigning number 4 to mouse button 4, and so on through number 7 to mouse button 7.
  5. Start Notepad.
  6. Press mouse button 3. Type 3 in Notepad.
  7. Repeat step 5 by pressing mouse buttons 4 through 7.

You should see the numbers that you assigned to each button.
