Article Last Modified on 4/25/2007

APPLIES TO

  • Zune software

SUMMARY

You can watch a video or listen to a song that has visualizations in the Zune software in full-screen mode. When the Zune software is in full-screen mode, you can control playback by using the on-screen controls.

MORE INFORMATION

To control playback by using the on-screen controls, follow these steps:

  1. When a video is playing or is paused, click the View full screen button [GRAPHIC: View full screen], or press ALT+ENTER.
  2. When you switch to full-screen mode, the Zune software controls may appear for a short time. This time depends on the capabilities of the video card and the functionality of the video that you are viewing. If you cannot see the playback controls and you have not configured full-screen controls to be off, move your mouse to make them reappear. Click the playback controls near the bottom on the screen.
  3. To return to full mode, press ESC or move your mouse, and then press the Exit full screen button. [GRAPHIC: View full screen]
