SYMPTOMS

A Distributed File System (DFS) Replication Health report takes several minutes to open in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or in Microsoft Windows 2000. This delay may exceed 10 minutes for reports that are larger than 12 megabytes (MB).

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the report contains many errors and warnings.

Note The number of errors and warnings that are collected for the report depends on the number of servers that are monitored.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, download the Microsoft Windows DFS Replication Service Management Pack for Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005 if you are using MOM 2005. The following file is available for download from the Microsoft Download Center:
