SYMPTOMS
After you erase all content from your Zune device, the picture that you applied as the background is still visible.
CAUSE
The background picture is stored in the boot partition of the hard drive. When you erase the hard drive, only the data partition is erased.
THINGS TO TRY
- To remove the background picture, follow these steps:
- On the home screen, select settings, and then press the center of the Zune pad.
- Select display, and then press the center of the Zune pad.
- Select background, and then press the center of the Zune pad.
- Select one of the themes, and then press the center of the Zune pad.
- Press and hold the back button to return to the home screen.
