Note All versions of BizTalk Server 2006 are supported on x64 operating systems. Only the Enterprise and Developer editions of BizTalk Server 2006 are supported in native 64-bit execution. All versions of BizTalk Server 2004, of BizTalk Server 2002, and of BizTalk Server 2000 are supported on x64 operating systems but are not supported in native 64-bit execution.
