INTRODUCTION

This article discusses the page limitation for custom forms in the following products:

  • Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
  • Office Outlook 2003
  • Outlook 2002
  • Outlook 2000
  • Outlook 97

You cannot add or remove pages from an Outlook custom form.

MORE INFORMATION

Microsoft Outlook custom forms use a MultiPage control as the design surface. The custom forms let form designers make additional pages visible. Up to six pages can be made visible. You cannot use the designer to add or to remove the pages. However, you can use the MultiPage control from Control Toolbox on one of the existing pages of the form designer to have more control over the number of pages that are created.

In Outlook 2007, you can use the Rename Page option to rename the existing page. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. On the Developer tab, click Page in the Design group, and then click Rename Page.
  2. Type a page name in the Page name box, and then click OK.

In earlier versions of Outlook, follow these steps to rename the page:

  1. Click the Form menu, and then click Rename Page.
  2. Type a page name in the Page name box, and then click OK.

In Outlook 2007, you can show or hide a page by selecting the Display This Page option. To do this, click Page in the Design group on the Developer tab, and then click Display This Page.

In earlier versions of Outlook, click the Form menu, and then click Display This Page.
