SYMPTOMS
When you try to open a file that has a very long file name, the file does not open. And, the Convert File dialog box appears.
CAUSE
This issue occurs if the file name has more than 253 characters.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, change the file name so that it has fewer than 253 characters.
