The ISA Server Management snap-in stops responding when you create a new connectivity verifier or modify the parameters of an existing connectivity verifier in ISA Server 2006

SYMPTOMS

You create a new connectivity verifier in Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2006. Or, you modify the parameters of an existing connectivity verifier in ISA Server 2006. However, the ISA Server Management snap-in stops responding (hangs).

Additionally, when you open the ISA Server Management snap-in again, you experience one of the following symptoms, depending on your circumstances:

  • The new connectivity verifier that you created is missing.
  • The changes that you made to the parameters of the existing connectivity verifier are discarded.


RESOLUTION
