SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario:
- You use a 2007 Microsoft Office program that is listed in the "Applies to" section.
- You share the program by using the application sharing feature in Microsoft Office Communicator or in Microsoft Office Live Meeting.
- You select some text. Then, you try to use the Live Preview feature in a 2007 Office program to show formatting changes. You do this by moving the pointer over different font or style choices in the gallery.
In this scenario, the Live Preview of formatting changes is disabled when you share a 2007 Office program.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because Communicator and Live Meeting disable all Office animations when you use application sharing. The disabled animations include Live Preview.
