SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario. You configure the Offline Folder file (.ost) in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. Then, you select the Download headers only option on some of the folders in the Offline Folder file. Additionally, you select the Download complete item including attachments option on some of the folders in the Offline Folder file. Then, you use the Clear Offline Items command.
In this scenario, when you synchronize the folders in the Offline Folder file, only the headers are downloaded to the folders on which you selected the Download the complete item including the attachments option.
CAUSE
This issue occurs because the Clear Offline Items command clears the Download complete item including attachments option from the folders on which this option was selected. By default, all folders download the headers only.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, use the Clear Offline Items command before you select the Download complete item including attachments option on the folders.
