SYMPTOMS

When you use the RSA SecurID authentication feature in Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2006, user authentication may be unsuccessful when the user name includes a space.

This problem occurs when you use RSA Authentication Agent 5.3.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because RSA Authentication Agent 5.3 does not correctly decode the SecurID cookie that the ISA server generates.
