SYMPTOMS
Customer was unable to print contacts from a public folder on Exchange 2000, post sp3 rollup applied. All service packs and patches were applied to Outlook 2003.
RESOLUTION
Had customer export contents of public folder to a pst file, create a new public folder, import contents of pst to new public folder. Customer was then able to print contacts as expected.
Suspect likely corruption of the public folder, had customer delete affected folder.
