SYMPTOMS

You cannot view the related records that are associated with a child account and that are more than one level deep after you install hotfix 919008 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. You can view the related records that are one level deep.

This problem affects the following types of records:

  • Activities
  • Cases
  • Contracts
  • Invoices
  • Opportunities
  • Orders
  • Quotes
