SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario:
- You install the Server for Network File System (NFS) component of Microsoft Services for NFS on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003 R2.
- You install McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.0i on the computer.
- When the Windows Server 2003 R2 operating system starts, the Server for NFS service is started before McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.0i.
In this scenario, the Server for NFS service stops responding. Additionally, you receive a "STOP: 0x0000007E" error when you try to stop the unresponsive Server for NFS service.
