SYMPTOMS
The parser of an Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)-enabled Web site will only parse the first parameter in the query string of a hyperlink. This problem occurs when the query string includes multiple parameters. Additionally, this problem only occurs if the user account has not gone through realm discovery. Therefore, the user account currently does not have a persistent cookie. For example, you will experience this problem when you have a hyperlink to a Web site that resembles the following:
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the parser incorrectly parses the HTTP POST body content. In the HTTP POST body content, the symbol “&” is used as a delimiter between specific parameters. The parser incorrectly interprets the symbol "&" in the URL and truncates the URL.
RESOLUTION
