SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:

  • On a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer, you try to print a document by using a custom paper size of 10-by-140-inches or larger from the Forms database.


Note The Forms database is listed on the Forms tab in the Print Server Properties dialog box.

  • A Unidrv-based printer driver is installed on the Windows Server 2003-based computer.

In this scenario, the print job is unsuccessful. Specifically, nothing is printed.

RESOLUTION

Service pack information
