SYMPTOMS

A server that has Terminal Server enabled cannot obtain a license from a Terminal Server licensing server that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003.

This problem occurs when the following conditions ar true:

  • The License Server Security Group Group Policy setting is enabled on the licensing server.
  • The terminal server uses a Gigabit Ethernet network adapter.


RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, apply the following hotfix on the Terminal Server license server.
