SYMPTOMS
When you try to add TeamDirection Project to a workspace in Groove Virtual Office, you cannot see the chart or the task grid. Instead, you receive the following error message:
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Exit Groove Virtual Office.
- Run the Setup program for your TeamDirection tool and for your version of Groove Virtual Office.
- In the More Tools dialog box, click to select the TeamDirection Project check box, and then click Remove.
- In the More Tools dialog box, click to select the TeamDirection Dashboard check box, and then click Remove.
- Obtain and install the TeamDirection Project and Dashboard Groove Component Download (GCD) files.
Note You must install TeamDirection Project from the GCD files. This issue will not be resolved if you install TeamDirection project from the Groove Web site.
- Restart Groove Virtual Office.
