SYMPTOMS
When you migrate passwords programmatically during user migration, the passwords may not be migrated correctly. The passwords that you set on the domain user accounts may not match the passwords that you used in your program.
This problem may occur when you migrate the passwords of domain user accounts programmatically to a domain controller that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
