SYMPTOMS

When you try to do floating point operations within fibers on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1)-based computer, you may receive incorrect values.

This problem occurs when you try to use more than one fiber per process when you do the floating point operations.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. This problem was first corrected in Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2.
