SYMPTOMS
When you click a Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) link in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 to open a Citrix MetaFrame file, the Open button is missing from the confirmation dialog box. This symptom occurs after you have installed Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
