SYMPTOMS
If you click a hyperlink to open a form in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (SP1), you experience the following symptoms:
- You receive the following error message:
- If you click the click here link in this error message, and then click the click here link to view technical information about the error report, the following information is displayed:
- If you click Send Error Report or Don't Send in this error message, you receive an error message that is similar to the following error message:
CAUSE
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
- The Internet Explorer Content Advisor feature is enabled.
- The Users can see sites that have no rating check box is selected on the Content Advisor General tab.

WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, turn off the Internet Explorer Content Advisor feature. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Click the Content tab, and then click Disable.
- Type your supervisor password, and then click OK.
- If you receive the following message, click OK:
- Click OK.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6. This problem was first corrected in Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2.
