SYMPTOMS
When a zone is depleted of leases and another client requests a lease on a Microsoft Windows 2003-based computer, you notice that the following event ID 14 message does not appear in the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) audit log: A lease request could not be satisfied because the scope's address pool was exhausted.
