INTRODUCTION

This article describes a new functionality that you can use to enable tracing. Tracing helps you troubleshoot problems that you might experience with Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.2 Sales for Outlook. To enable this new functionality, you must modify the registry on the computer that is running the Outlook client to turn on logging for Outlook client's startup and shutdown processes.
