SYMPTOMS
When you try to use directory service command-line tools to manage objects in the Active Directory directory service in Microsoft Windows Server 2003, the directory service command-line tools do not work.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when the distinguished names of the objects that you are trying to manage contain a slash mark.
RESOLUTION
