SYMPTOMS
After your Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer runs for several days, your Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) Win32_Processor class query may return a LoadPercentage property value of 98 percent. This value is not correct and may appear every time that you query the LoadPercentage property.

Service pack information

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. This problem was first corrected in Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2.
