SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. You try to run a command on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based server. You run the command from a Sun Microsystems Solaris-based client or from a Red Hat Linux-based client. You use a Telnet session. The following symptoms occur:

  • The command output overwrites the command line that you run.
  • A newline character is not created after you press the ENTER key.

STATUS
