SYMPTOMS
When you print a file in vector mode to a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 computer, the output may contain garbled or incorrectly formatted characters.
You may also receive a general protection fault (GPF) error message.
CAUSE
This problem can occur if the vector mode driver uses a command callback function for pointer control.
RESOLUTION
